The Service is a tool to assist your job search. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including but not limited to: your qualifications, the job market, employer preferences, your application materials, and interview performance. We make no representations or warranties regarding the likelihood of obtaining employment through the use of this Service.

6. Subscription and Auto-Renewal Terms

Subscription fee. The Service is offered at US $29.00 per month, auto-renewing every month, following a 3-day free trial.

Auto-renewal. By starting a subscription, you authorize Your Perfect Job to automatically charge your payment method on file the monthly subscription fee at the end of your trial and on the same day each month thereafter. Your subscription will continue and renew automatically until you cancel.

How to cancel. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard at www.yourperfectjob.app/dashboard/cancel — no phone call, no form, no questions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access through that date.

Acknowledgment. When you start your subscription, you will receive an email confirming the auto-renewal terms, your trial end date, your first-charge date, and a direct cancellation link. This email serves as your acknowledgment of these terms.

Refund policy. We offer a full no-questions-asked refund on your first charge if requested within 30 days. Subsequent monthly charges are refundable within 7 days of the charge date on request by emailing hello@yourperfectjob.app. No refunds are issued for partial months of paid service beyond these windows.

Pricing changes. We may change the subscription price. If we do, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect, and you may cancel at any time before the new price applies.

California residents. California Business and Professions Code §17602 requires us to provide these disclosures clearly and to allow you to cancel online. You can cancel at the link above at any time. If you have concerns about our auto-renewal practices, you may contact the California Attorney General or consumer protection authorities in your state.

9. Third-Party Services and Job Link Availability

Your Perfect Job integrates with third-party services including job listing aggregators, AI processing services, email delivery services, and payment processors. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content provided by these third-party services. Job listings are sourced from third parties and may contain errors, be outdated, or no longer be available.

Job Link Availability: All job posting links included in daily digest emails are verified as live at the time the digest is generated. However, job postings are controlled by the hiring employer and can be removed, closed, or modified at any time without notice. Your Perfect Job is not responsible for job postings that become unavailable after the digest is sent. Job postings may become unavailable as soon as 24 hours after being listed. We strongly recommend applying to positions of interest promptly upon receiving your digest.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL YOUR PERFECT JOB, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Your Perfect Job and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Your Perfect Job regarding the Service.
